What this website is, and what it is not

By reading this site you agree to the short set of terms below. They exist because a website about a pharmacy and a clinic can be mistaken for the pharmacy or the clinic, and it is neither.

The terms

1. Information, not a service. This site describes Kind Health Group, the businesses it owns and what it plans to build. Nothing on it is a patient service. There is no booking, no prescription, no refill, no messaging and no account.

2. Not medical or pharmaceutical advice. Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, a treatment recommendation or advice about any medication. For anything about your health, speak to a physician or pharmacist who can see you. In an emergency call 911.

3. Neither business is open. Where a page describes Kind Pharmacy or Kind Clinic it describes what is being built. The pharmacy cannot dispense until the Ontario College of Pharmacists grants accreditation, and the site says so wherever it matters. Dates, layouts and services described here are plans and may change.

4. Not an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation of any kind — not of employment, not of a supply contract and not of an investment in any security. A conversation about any of those starts by email and is governed by whatever is agreed there in writing.

5. Ownership of the content. The words, the drawings of 231 Dundas Street East and the design of this site belong to the company or are used with the permission of the people who made them. You may quote from it with attribution. You may not present it as your own or as a description of another business.

6. Links to other sites. This site links to kindpharmacy.ca and kindclinic.ca, which the same company owns, and occasionally to third parties. Each of those sites has its own terms and its own privacy practices; ours end at the link.

7. Ontario law. These terms and any dispute about this website are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and by the courts of Ontario.
