In detail
What that means, item by item
Each of these is a statement about this website, not an intention.
No forms. There is nothing on this site to submit. The contact page gives an email address and opens your own mail program; what you write goes to that mailbox and never touches this website.
No accounts and no cookies. Nothing here signs you in, and the site sets no cookies of its own.
One page-view counter, and no trackers. The site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics, which sets no cookie, stores no IP address and cannot follow you to another site — it can say how many people read a page, not who. There is no tag manager, no advertising pixel and no session recorder.
No third-party embeds. No fonts are loaded from another company’s servers — all three faces are files served from this site. There is no embedded map, no video player and no chat widget, so no other company is told that you were here.
No health information. This is the parent company’s website. It is not a patient service, it has no booking, no refills and no messaging, and it must never be used to send anything about your health. If you email us anyway, please keep health details out of it.
Server logs. Like any website, the hosting provider records ordinary request information — an IP address, a page, a timestamp — for the operation and security of the service. We do not join that to anything or use it to build a profile.

A privacy officer has not been appointed for the group yet, so this page names no individual rather than naming one who has not agreed to it.
Write to hello@kindhealthgroup.ca and it will reach the people responsible for this website.
If you are not satisfied with the answer, the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario takes complaints independently of us, on 1-800-387-0073.
When either business opens, it will publish its own privacy information covering the patient records it actually holds. That is a different document from this one, and it will live on that business’s own site.
